What does
"supply only" mean?
Everything except the labour to fit it — and exactly what that does and does not include.
The short answer
Supply only means the kitchen is designed, manufactured and delivered — either flat packed or assembled — but installation is not included; your own builder, cabinetmaker or installer fits it on site. It is the standard arrangement for any job outside an installer's travel radius, and it is exactly what we offer everywhere outside Central Queensland.
What is included
Design to your measurements, a fixed itemised quote, the cabinetry itself with hardware fitted or bagged, doors, benchtop (templated separately in most cases), and a full set of service drawings for your trades. What is not included, and why that is stated plainly
Installation labour, and anything that requires a licensed trade on site — plumbing, electrical, and fixing the cabinets to the wall. The cabinetry itself costs the same either way; you are simply not paying installation labour, which your own builder or installer then charges separately.
Who installs a supply-only kitchen?
Your builder, a cabinetmaker, or a kitchen installer you engage directly — working from the service and cabinetry drawings included with the order.
Is supply-only the same as flat pack?
No — supply-only describes who installs it, not how it arrives. A supply-only order can be delivered flat packed or fully assembled; see flat pack vs assembled kitchen for that separate decision.

before it arrives.
Carcasses built square on a bench, Blum hardware fitted, doors hung and adjusted to even gaps. On site you are fixing finished cabinets to a wall, not building them on the floor. Our own team fits it in Central Queensland; your installer fits it anywhere else in Australia. Prefer to build it yourself? The same kitchen ships flat pack.
