We hold your specification
Once we have built a kitchen for one of your units, that specification stays on file — carcass, doors, hardware, benchtop, the lot. The next order is a confirmation, not a fresh design process. For anyone building repeating layouts, that removes the single most time-consuming part of ordering a kitchen.
Supply only, or supply and install
Take delivery assembled and fit it with your own crew, or have our team install it. If you are speccing for a client, the benchtop guide is the fastest way to explain the price difference to them. Most builders start with the first and move to the second once they have seen how long it takes us. Either way you get service drawings so your trades rough in correctly.
Fixed price, and it stays fixed
Your quote is itemised and it holds. We have never issued a surprise variation for our own scope of works, which matters more to a builder carrying the risk on a fixed-price contract than it does to a homeowner.
Trade flat pack, or assembled: your crew decides
The same kitchen ships either way. Flat pack when your carpenter would rather build on site, the unit is hard to get a built cabinet into, or the job is interstate and freight matters — cartons labelled per cabinet, Blum hardware bagged with each, panels pre-drilled. Assembled when you want the crew fitting rather than building: carcasses square, doors adjusted, ready to fix. Mixed orders are normal — tall units flat for access, base runs built. Yes. Trade terms depend on volume and how much of the process you take on, so they are quoted rather than published. Tell us what you build and roughly how many kitchens a year, and we will put terms in front of you.
Can I take supply only?
Yes. Cabinetry is delivered assembled with hardware fitted and a setout drawing, ready for your crew to fix and scribe. If you would rather we installed it, our own team does that too.
How far do you deliver?
Anywhere in Australia, flat pack or assembled, with freight quoted to the site. Rockhampton, Gracemere, Yeppoon, Emu Park and the wider Capricorn Coast are inside our install area. For trade volumes we will freight further — ask, and we will price the delivery honestly rather than folding a guess into the kitchen.
What lead time should I plan for?
Allow eight to twelve weeks from signed order to delivery for a first specification, and less once we hold your details. Tell us your programme and we will book against it rather than against ours.

Carcasses built square on a bench, Blum hardware fitted, doors hung and adjusted to even gaps. On site you are fixing finished cabinets to a wall, not building them on the floor. Our own team fits it in Central Queensland; your installer fits it anywhere else in Australia. Prefer to build it yourself? The same kitchen ships flat pack.
