A staff kitchen
that survives an open-plan office.
An office kitchenette gets used by everyone and cleaned by no one in particular. Specify for that, not for a display photo.

Not a commercial kitchen, and not trying to be one
This is a staff tea point — a sink, a bench, cold storage and space for a microwave or small appliances, not a commercial food-preparation kitchen and not built or certified to commercial food-service standards. If your fit-out needs certified commercial catering equipment, that is a different specification to discuss directly with your fitout consultant.
Durable finishes for shared, unsupervised use
An office kitchenette gets more anonymous daily wear than almost any residential kitchen — Blum full-extension runners and laser-bonded edging matter here specifically because nobody individually maintains it the way a homeowner would.
Fits your existing fit-out drawings
We work from your office fit-out plans and services layout rather than assuming a standard room, and provide service drawings your electrician and plumber can rough in from ahead of the cabinetry arriving.

Frequently asked
Office kitchenette supply — questions
If your question is not here, call the studio. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Ask us directly →Is this suitable for a commercial kitchen fit-out?
No — this is a staff tea-point kitchenette, not a certified commercial food-preparation kitchen. Talk to a commercial fitout specialist if you need certified catering equipment.
How much does an office kitchenette cost?
From $4,500 for a 1.2 metre run including carcasses, doors and Blum hardware, with freight quoted to your office location.
Can you work from our office fit-out drawings?
Yes — send your existing fit-out plan and services layout and we draw the kitchenette to fit it rather than assuming a standard room.
Do you supply office kitchenettes outside Queensland?
Yes, anywhere in Australia — flat pack or delivered assembled, freighted to the site.
In their words
The people who already
cook in one.
“For what we paid compared to what similar kitchens were costing elsewhere, we’re extremely happy with it.”
Rockhampton
“Could not be happier with our kitchen. The funny thing is, pretty much everyone who’s come over since we installed it has asked who did our kitchen and assumed we spent a lot more than we actually did.”
Gladstone
“Once we saw it in person, it was a pretty easy decision. It looked even better than we expected.”

Delivered assembled
The assembly is done
before it arrives.
Carcasses built square on a bench, Blum hardware fitted, doors hung and adjusted to even gaps. On site you are fixing finished cabinets to a wall, not building them on the floor. Our own team fits it in Central Queensland; your installer fits it anywhere else in Australia. Prefer to build it yourself? The same kitchen ships flat pack.
