A written site programme before demolition, and a $200-a-day credit back to you for every working day we run past our own completion date.

A butler’s pantry added to a Bilt & Co kitchen starts at $4,000 for a compact walk-through with open shelving and a laminate bench. A full second kitchen — second sink, dishwasher, stone benchtop, floor-to-ceiling joinery and a concealed door — typically runs $7,700 to $14,200.
How much space does a butler's pantry need?
A functional walk-through needs about 1.1m of clear floor between benches and roughly 2.4m of run. Below that we would usually recommend a tall appliance cupboard or a dedicated pantry wall instead — and we will tell you so rather than sell you something that annoys you daily.
Can one be added to an existing kitchen?
Often yes, most commonly by borrowing space from an adjoining laundry, garage entry or oversized walk-in pantry. It becomes a building question as much as a joinery one, so we bring our builder through at the first visit and you get one honest answer.
Do I need plumbing in there?
Not necessarily, but a second sink is the one feature clients say they would never give up. If plumbing is straightforward we almost always recommend it; if the wall is on the far side of the house we will show you the cost before you decide.
