The brief the Redlands actually sets
Tight entries, shared driveways and a lift if you are lucky. The run to the Redlands

Assembled orders arrive as finished boxes, doors hung and adjusted, which takes more truck space and shows as a higher freight line. Both are on the same quote so the choice is a number rather than a guess.
Who fits it in the Redlands
Your builder, carpenter or kitchen installer, plus a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician for their parts. Ask each for a licence number and check it yourself — in Queensland that is QBCC. Every order ships with dimensioned service drawings showing each waste, water point and outlet, so the trades rough in to the plan rather than to a guess. Why there is no design software
Plenty of suppliers hand you a portal and let the software approve your own mistakes. We do not. A designer in Rockhampton draws your the Redlands kitchen from your measurements and photographs, and catches the things software does not: the window reveal that stops an overhead, the door swing that fouls the fridge, the floor that falls 30mm across the run. You see the drawing before you pay anything.
Benchtops, and why they are separate
Laminate ships with the kitchen. Stone does not, and it should not: a stone benchtop is templated off the cabinets after they are installed and level, by a fabricator near you in the Redlands, because a slab cut to a drawing rather than to the room is a slab that does not fit. We quote the cabinetry and the laminate; for stone we tell you the cut-out sizes and the fabricator works from the installed run.
A kitchenette instead of a kitchen

Sink, bench, cold storage, and a cooktop where the run allows.
