What happens if something arrives damaged
Check the delivery against the numbered drawing on the day it lands in Tom Price, before the truck leaves if you can. Count the cartons, look at the door and drawer fronts. If a panel is damaged or a carton is missing, photograph it and ring the studio the same day. A replacement is cut from the drawing we hold on file, so it matches the rest of the kitchen rather than being re-measured from scratch.

Plenty of suppliers hand you a portal and let the software approve your own mistakes. We do not.
