Measuring from Miles without us there
Because we do not visit Miles, your measurements are the drawing. Wall to wall at three heights and use the smallest number. Ceiling height in every corner, because floors are never level. Every window and door with its distance from the nearest corner. Where the waste, the water and the power are now. Then a photograph of each corner of the room. Ordering in stages
Not every Miles job needs the whole kitchen at once. Builders regularly take the base run first and the overheads and pantry later, and renovators sometimes take the kitchen now and the laundry in six months. The drawing stays on file, so a later order matches the first exactly - same board, same colour batch where we can, same hardware. Say so on the quote request and it is priced in stages.
Second-dwelling and rental kitchens
A good share of what we ship to Miles goes into secondary dwellings, granny flats and rentals. Those kitchens fail in a predictable order - edging near the sink, then drawer runners, then hinge adjustment - and all three are specification, not bad luck.
