What the quote actually itemises
Every cabinet as its own line with its width and what is in it, the benchtop by material and linear metre, the hardware by brand, the doors by finish, and freight to your Esperance postcode on a line of its own. No allowances, no provisional sums, no "from" price with the catches left out. If you take an item off, you see exactly what comes off the total, which is the point of itemising it in the first place.
