A kitchen for Nanango,
drawn to your walls.
Every Nanango order ships with a numbered plan, elevations and a service drawing marking every waste, water point and outlet, so your plumber and electrician are not guessing.
The short answer
Yes, we ship to Nanango. The kitchen is drawn to your measurements, cut in Rockhampton and freighted south along the Bruce Highway. You choose flat packed or delivered assembled on the same quote, and your own trades fit it — we install in Central Queensland only. Nothing is due to see the drawing or the price, and nothing is cut until you sign the drawing off.

Why does the specification matter in Nanango?
Farm houses take a kind of use that suburban kitchens do not — boots, buckets, big cooking, and a back door that is really the front door. The specification we ship assumes that rather than hoping otherwise. A lot of downsizers and a lot of second dwellings on big blocks, which is why the kitchenette gets asked about here more than anywhere else.
How does it reach Nanango?
Your kitchen is cut in Rockhampton and freighted south along the Bruce Highway. Flat cartons are labelled to a numbered drawing, one per cabinet where possible, with doors and fronts wrapped separately and the Blum hardware bagged against the cabinet it belongs to. Assembled orders arrive as finished boxes, doors hung and adjusted, which takes more truck space and shows as a higher freight line. Both are on the same quote so the choice is a number rather than a guess.
Who fits it in Nanango?
Your builder, carpenter or kitchen installer, plus a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician for their parts. Ask each for a licence number and check it yourself — in Queensland that is QBCC. Every order ships with dimensioned service drawings showing each waste, water point and outlet, so the trades rough in to the plan rather than to a guess. Our install guide sets out the three trades and the fixed order they work in.
Flat pack or assembled — which works out cheaper?
The cabinetry price is identical. What differs is the assembly line on the quote and the freight line, because assembled cabinets take several times the truck space of the same kitchen in cartons. To Nanango that difference is usually decisive, and most orders this far out go flat. But the quote shows both, so it is a number you compare rather than a decision you are talked into.
Do I need council approval to replace a kitchen?
Replacing a kitchen in the same footprint is generally not something that needs approval on its own, but moving plumbing or structural work can change that, and it is your local council that decides, not us. Check with the Nanango council directly before you commit to a layout that moves the sink. If the kitchen is going into a new secondary dwelling the approval question is a different and much bigger one.
How do I measure from Nanango with nobody visiting?
Because we do not visit Nanango, your measurements are the drawing. Wall to wall at three heights and use the smallest number. Ceiling height in every corner, because floors are never level. Every window and door with its distance from the nearest corner. Where the waste, the water and the power are now. Then a photograph of each corner of the room. Our measuring guide lists the lot, and a designer checks your numbers against the photographs before anything is cut.
Where else do you ship in Wide Bay and Burnett?
We ship to Maryborough, Gympie, Kingaroy, Childers, Gayndah, Hervey Bay, Tin Can Bay, Bargara and the rest of the region on the same route. The Wide Bay and Burnett page covers the region, and Queensland covers the state.

The specification
Built for this
climate, not a catalogue.
The humid months do the damage quietly: water tracks along a glued edge, lifts it, and the board underneath drinks it. A laser-bonded edge has no seam for that to start in, which is why every panel we send is finished that way.
The same three questions decide any kitchen anywhere: board thickness and moisture rating, edging method, hardware brand. Ours are 18mm moisture-resistant, laser-bonded and Blum, and they are printed on every quote. How to judge a flat pack.

A person draws it.
Send the wall lengths, the ceiling height and a photo of each corner. A designer draws your kitchen to the room and sends the drawing back with a fixed, itemised quote — flat packed and delivered assembled, freight to your postcode on each.
- Nothing to pay to see the drawing or the quote
- Changes redrawn until the plan is right
- Cut only after you sign the drawing off
- Freight quoted as its own line, never folded in

Frequently asked
Nanango — questions
If your question is not here, call the studio. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Ask us directly →Do you deliver flat pack kitchens to Nanango?
Yes. Nanango is served south along the Bruce Highway, and freight is quoted to your postcode as its own line on the quote rather than folded into the cabinetry price.
Do you install kitchens in Nanango?
No. Our own installation team works Central Queensland only. In Nanango your builder, carpenter or kitchen installer fits it, working from the dimensioned service drawings that ship with every order. Our install guide covers the three trades and the order they work in.
Should I order flat pack or assembled to Nanango?
Both are quoted on the same drawing. Flat cartons ship for less and get through tight doorways; assembled arrives with carcasses built and doors adjusted so your installer is fitting rather than building. Over this distance most Wide Bay and Burnett orders go flat.
Who can do the plumbing and electrical in Nanango?
A licensed plumber and a licensed electrician, and you should check both licences yourself before they start. In Queensland, QBCC is the register to check against.
What board and hardware do you use?
18mm moisture-resistant board, laser-bonded edging and Blum soft-close hinges and runners on every cabinet, in every state. The specification is printed on your quote so you can hold it against anything else you are offered.
Is there a deposit to get a Nanango quote?
No. The drawing and the itemised quote cost nothing and carry no obligation. Payment terms for the order itself are stated on that quote.
